CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
On arrival, the parts are available from around 4 p.m. If you arrive later, please call us.
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the holiday apartments by 9:30 a.m.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT is also possible earlier or later on request.
DEPOSIT
The deposit must be paid within one week.
After receiving the deposit, the apartment is reserved for you and you will receive a reservation confirmation.
PAY
The remaining amount is to be paid on site.
LOCAL TAX
From 15 years € 1.80 per day and person
PETS
Unfortunately, they are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel contract conditions:
- up to 32 days before the day of arrival free of charge
- from 31 days before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price
- from 14 days before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
- 1 day before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the reservation amount.
- A cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung
